Here’s a little bout myself – firstly my name is Harmeet and I fulfil many roles!
Firstly I’m a dad to a beautiful little girl who keeps me in check – I’m not entirely sure if I am the boss, or she! Either way when I am not working I am doing all the things that she enjoys – irrespective if I want to or not!
I’m also a keen runner, enjoy hiking and rediscovered my passion for playing basketball and have also been a contemporary dancer in my time!
Running and dance are what led me to osteopathy. In a former life I was a Primary School Teacher and Contemporary Dance Teacher. I would often suffer with injuries or aches and pains, and when I finally decided that I would have these looked into, I went to see an osteopath. This is where my interest in osteopathy began.
Treating people of all ages, with all ranges of conditions is what makes my job so interesting! Getting to know a person, and helping them to understand what is causing their aches and pains is something that I feel is important. I’ve worked with, and do work with athletes, non-athletes, manual workers, desk based workers and people of all ages from 15 – 90 years old! Anybody can benefit from osteopathy!
