How frustrating is it not being able to do the things that you want to?! Struggling to play the sport you want to? Struggling with aches and pains, and feeling stiffness in your joints? Sometimes just doing the simplest things are hard because of pain you may be feeling. I’ve been there, and know what it is like. My passions were/are running and dance, and at various times I struggled to do both because of aches and pains.

I’m Harmeet, an osteopath and my goal is to help reduce your pain, help you move more freely by reducing any stiffness in your joints, and relieve muscle tension that you may be feeling. I use a variety of techniques with the aim of relaxing muscles, altering posture, and encouraging joint mobility, to ultimately help you on the road to recovery, and back doing the things you want. I’ll work with you to help you understand what may be causing your pain, and what can be done to help you get back to health.
