It can be frustrating when you have suffered an injury, or have had an ache or a pain, and it doesn’t get better straight away. It can be more frustrating when you start to feel better but then that doesn’t continue and it seems to plateau – or you even feel other pains! This great chart by @dr.caleb.burgess shows the healing times for different structures in the body. Don’t be put off by your aches and pains not going away as quickly as they may have come on. Often, there are multiple structures that are injured, and are contributing to your pains, so it can take time for them to heal, especially as they heal at different rates. ️Stick at it, and focus on getting better – you will get there. 🏾If you need any help or want any advice drop me a message or give me a call. – 07495 452255……#HealingTimes #InjuryHealing #Injury #muscle #ligament #tendon #bone #GetHelp #osteopathy #osteopath #physicaltherapy #manualtherapy
