Are you switching off from work? With so many people working from home, it can be more difficult to find the time to have a break and not be in ‘work mode.’ People I treat have been telling me about some of the positives, like not having to worry about a commute, being more flexible with start/finish times etc. However, they’ve also mentioned the down sides like feeling that they are constantly at work. The home and work environments are becoming the same. At times, there is no escape from checking those emails again, just taking/making another call, not getting up and moving away from the work space, and sometimes feeling like they’ve not really left work. A few simple ways to help you ‘switch off’ are:*Try and keep to a regular routine*Take regular breaks away from your workspace*Plan an activity at the end of your work day which is completely separate from work There are some really great tips at the following links:https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/switch-off-work-from-home_uk_5e74bb4cc5b6eab7794647c5https://www.myfitnesschat.com/switching-off-from-work/It can be hard, but taking some time to switch off can be so beneficial for your mental and physical health.Take it easy! …..#workMode #SwitchOff #switchOffFromWork #workingFromHome #TimeOut #TakeTimeOut
